1 Crypto Highlights
1)Bitcoin Near $80,200; Wintermute Says Third Test of $80,000, FOMC May Set Direction
Bitcoin was near $80,200–$80,400, with Ethereum also weak. Wintermute noted that Bitcoin has fallen for three consecutive weeks and tested the $80,000 level three times, trading in the $80,000–$82,500 range over the past three weeks. Last Thursday, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a single-day net outflow of about $636 million, the largest since June. If $80,000 breaks, the next support is around $76,000. The firm believes Wednesday’s FOMC meeting may determine the breakout direction, with $82,500 as a key reclaim level; its overall stance remains cautious but not bearish.

2)WEEX Adds Support for LAUNCH
Launch is a fairer meme-coin launch platform on Solana based on Raydium LaunchLab. It uses a single master wallet for deployments to eliminate Block 0 sniping and PvP. Trading fees are used to buy back and burn LAUNCH and tokens launched on the platform. WEEX’s new support makes early participation easier, but meme-launch assets are highly volatile; liquidity and narrative shifts warrant close attention.

3)WEEX Adds Support for GANG
Gang is an asset on BSC related to the gang.fun launchpad. The platform restricts early launches to wallets holding a Binance Agent ID, emphasizing exclusive access and ecosystem functions. The access threshold may reduce disorderly sniping, but liquidity and community activity remain key drivers of price elasticity.

2 Stock Highlights
1)All Three Major Indexes Close Higher; Anthropic IPO Filing Rekindles AI Sentiment
All three major indexes closed higher on October 26. Anthropic formally filed an S-1 registration statement, proposing to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The prospectus shows that the company raised about $140 billion in cash from 2023 through the first half of 2026 through preferred stock, convertible bonds and SAFE instruments; $110 billion was raised in the first half of 2026 alone, including a $65.2 billion Series H. However, the company has committed about $37 billion annually to a single compute supplier starting in December 2026, with total compute commitments of about $780–$810 billion. The filing provided a short-term boost to AI sentiment, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose about 3% on the day. The next watchpoints are the Federal Reserve decision and major technology earnings.

2)Tesla (TSLA) Hits a More-Than-Three-Month High; Barclays Raises Target to $450
Tesla rose more than 5% on Monday, reaching a more-than-three-month high. Barclays raised its 12-month target from $370 to $450 and upgraded its rating from Equal Weight to Overweight. Analysts cited an improved growth outlook for the core auto business, signs of an inflection in Robotaxi, strong energy-storage demand, and a potential valuation premium from a possible SpaceX merger, though the merger remains uncertain.

3)Microsoft (MSFT) Rises More Than 1.5%; Plans Buyout Offers for 60,000 Employees
Microsoft rose more than 1.5% on Monday. In its latest cost-cutting round, the company will offer voluntary separation packages to about 60,000 employees, targeting eligible staff at level 70 and below in participating teams across several regions. The buyouts may help control expenses, but their impact on execution and talent retention bears watching.

4)NVIDIA (NVDA) Favored by Morgan Stanley; Power-Gap Forecast Raised
Morgan Stanley raised its 2026–2028 net data-center power-gap forecast from 33 GW to 38 GW, noting that power constraints could cause ASICs to lose share to GPUs. The firm favored NVIDIA and Broadcom, the latter up more than 3.2%, citing relatively conservative guidance, shipment visibility, expansion prospects and NVIDIA’s higher tokens-per-watt efficiency. If data-center construction slows, storage, optical modules and other downstream segments could face pressure from previous over-ordering.

5)Local Markets Plunge; EWZ and the Local Currency Come Under Pressure
Lula unexpectedly won a fourth term with about 51.8% of the vote, and local stocks, bonds and the local currency fell together. Markets had been positioned for a right-wing candidate to win; the reversal in policy and fiscal-path expectations triggered selling. Related ETFs and USDBRL saw amplified volatility as cross-market capital repriced emerging-market risk.
