Bitcoin Profit Supply Drops to 53.8%, Investors Remain Cautious
Bitcoin's profit supply has dropped to 53.8%, with investors generally taking a wait-and-see approach. Although there has been a slight recovery in market profitability, it is insufficient to drive market development. Currently, the profit supply is within the range where "50% of the supply is in profit," having briefly surpassed 60% previously. This phenomenon is normal at the end of a bear market; if the profit supply falls below 40%, it will enter a capitulation phase, requiring time to regain the 50% mark to rebuild investor confidence and attract new demand. Market behavior still needs to stabilize for the profit supply to continue consolidating.
