Capital B Raises Approximately $8.86 Million Through Private Placement to Increase Bitcoin Holdings

Bitcoin reserve company Capital B announced that it will issue new shares with warrants (ABSA) to strategic investor Adam Back through a private placement, with a subscription price of €0.58 per share, totaling approximately €7.645 million (about $8.86 million). The subscription conditions are consistent with the financing announced on August 28, 2026, and the closing is expected to be completed on September 3, 2026. If all warrants are exercised, it will bring approximately €49.4 million (about $57.25 million) in additional capital to the company. The net proceeds from this fundraising are approximately €7.3 million (about $8.46 million), primarily used to increase Bitcoin holdings as a long-term reserve asset, advancing the strategy of the Bitcoin reserve company and enhancing the per-share Bitcoin holdings.
