CoinDCX Deposit Address Used for 10 Months, $15.8 Million User Deposits Untracked
On-chain detective ZachXBT revealed that the Indian exchange CoinDCX's deposit address TQKJQ was used by a liquidity provider for 10 months following a security incident in July 2025. The address continued to aggregate user deposits into CoinDCX's current public hot wallet in April and May 2026 and received gas fees. ZachXBT believes that the CoinDCX team has $15.8 million in user deposits that remain untracked. CoinDCX responded that user funds are secure and that the claims are misleading, stating that the transactions involved come from an old wallet address created in January 2025, which was leaked in July 2025.
