Cryptocurrency Market May Peak Before U.S. Stocks, Bitcoin Could Bottom Out Ahead of the Stock Market
On October 31, cryptocurrency trader Ansem stated that the cryptocurrency market may have peaked earlier than the U.S. stock market in this cycle. If the recent rebound is merely a counter-trend bounce, and the U.S. stock market has just begun a larger-scale adjustment, the cryptocurrency market may still face a new round of declines. Ansem pointed out that the risk appetite in this cycle is driven by AI and the U.S. stock market trends, and it is necessary to consider the possibility that the peaks of the cryptocurrency market and traditional stock market do not synchronize. He mentioned that the market may not necessarily follow this scenario, and he will remain open to judgment while paying attention to the price reactions of the two asset classes as they approach key price levels. Furthermore, even if the cryptocurrency market and U.S. stocks continue to decline in the short term, Bitcoin may bottom out before the overall stock market.
