OpenAI Poaches Linear Product Head and Two Founders of Kairos
OpenAI has recruited three employees in one day for Codex and ChatGPT. Nan Yu, the product head of Linear, announced his joining OpenAI, ending his four-year tenure at Linear. Subsequently, the two co-founders of Kairos Computer, Manas Bam and Samarth Patel, also announced their joining, with all three set to contribute to Codex and ChatGPT. Kairos developed a personal agent that can directly operate computers, providing cloud-based computers for the agent to log into websites, operate browsers and software, and complete tasks across applications. The two founders stated that their goal when founding Kairos was to achieve "personal AGI for everyone," and they are now ready to continue this mission at OpenAI.
