Paybis Expands Payment Options to Over 20 Methods
Paybis has announced the expansion of its global cryptocurrency purchasing payment methods to over 20 options. This includes local and international payment methods, surpassing 20 in total, and supports over 90 cryptocurrencies, 70 fiat currencies, and more than 180 countries. This announcement increases the choices for users in Europe, Latin America, and Africa to purchase cryptocurrencies using their local payment methods. However, the support figures vary by product. The consumer homepage displays over 20 payment methods and more than 100 cryptocurrencies, while the merchant payment processing page emphasizes over 50 payment methods and 80 fiat currencies. Paybis has announced that users in Portugal can purchase cryptocurrencies through Euro payments via MB WAY and Multibanco. MB WAY is a local payment method in Portugal, with over 6.5 million users. Paybis explained that it can reduce card approval failures and international remittance delays through local payment networks. However, there is a lack of uniformity in supported regions, and Paybis's global expansion does not imply that it will be available in the same manner across all areas. This announcement did not include any details about expanding support for Korean payment methods or domestic users.
