Ukrzaliznytsia Launches 'Railway Worker Card' for Employees
Ukrzaliznytsia has transitioned corporate benefits to an electronic format with the launch of the 'Railway Worker Card' in a mobile application for employees. The electronic card is automatically generated based on employee data and the collective agreement, allowing for the confirmation of the right to free travel. Employees can arrange up to 60 trips per month without paper applications. Connection to the service occurs sequentially with the signing of amendments to collective agreements. Currently, the card is available for employees of the Southern Railway, Dnipro Railway, and Southwestern Railway, as well as certain branches of Ukrzaliznytsia. Over 60,000 employees already have access to the system, and other branches will connect within two weeks. To use the discounted travel, it is necessary to open the UZ 'Assistant' application, log in, go to the 'Railway Worker Card' section, and activate the trip before starting. Future plans include the addition of new features.
