Classic Venture
During the specified period, six projects received funding. In particular:
- $16.5 million --- Uranium Digital. The institutional platform raised capital in a Series A round led by B Capital with participation from existing investors. The company is developing a marketplace for trading physical uranium and conducting settlements using tokenized warehouse receipts, connecting buyers and sellers through a single spot order book. The investments will be directed towards expanding products and technological infrastructure to meet the growing demand from institutional clients for access to the uranium market.
- $12 million --- LO:TECH. The London-based company providing marketing, liquidity management, and trade execution services in traditional and digital markets disclosed the funds raised in a Series A round led by MMC with participation from existing investors Faction and 13 Books Capital, as well as Atka. The company is developing trading infrastructure for round-the-clock operations across various asset classes on centralized and decentralized platforms. The capital will be directed towards entering the U.S. and Asia-Pacific markets, including opening offices in New York and Singapore, developing services for institutional clients, and obtaining regulatory licenses.
- $7 million --- Takenos. The financial platform for individuals and businesses in Latin America announced funding as part of an expansion seed round led by North Island Ventures, Variant, Lattice Fund, Reverie, and Road Capital Management, increasing the total funding to $12 million. Takenos uses stablecoins for international payments and settlements, allowing users to earn income from abroad, hold funds in dollars, transfer them, and withdraw to local accounts. The company plans to expand its presence from six to over 15 countries by 2027 and develop payment infrastructure for the region.
- $4 million --- Lombard Systems. The company develops software for financial institutions that allows them to raise funding against tokenized securities and other digital assets without transferring them to the lender's account. The pre-seed and seed rounds were led by Ethereal Ventures with participation from Alps Capital, First Commit Capital, Veris Ventures, Atka, and other investors. The funds will be directed towards promoting the Delivery-versus-Lock (DvL) standard among institutional participants, preparing legal opinions in the U.S., England, Wales, and five other jurisdictions, and expanding integrations and the team.
- $3.5 million --- CRSHMARKET. The prediction market platform conducted a seed round led by 6th Man Ventures with participation from Reciprocal Ventures, Lattice Fund, and Starting Line. The project operates on the Monad blockchain and allows viewers to make predictions about events during game broadcasts, esports competitions, and entertainment shows with settlements occurring in approximately 60 seconds. The funding will be directed towards developing a platform that combines live streaming with short-term prediction markets.
- $500,000 --- Unruggable. The developer of a hardware wallet for Solana secured strategic investment from Colosseum and a group of investors from the Solana ecosystem. The project creates a solution for self-custody of crypto assets, combining a hardware device for signing transactions with a mobile application for managing assets and preparing operations. The investors and the company did not disclose the funding structure and project valuation, nor did they specify the exact areas where the raised funds will be directed.
Several projects have secured funding but did not disclose the investment amounts.
Soter Insure, a specialized insurance company for the digital asset market, has attracted strategic investors to its Series B funding round led by Galaxy. Joining the second phase of funding are SC Ventures, the investment arm of Standard Chartered, Japan's SBI Group, and existing investor Token Bay Capital; previously, Coinbase Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Brevan Howard Digital participated in the round. The company offers financial institutions and businesses insurance against risks related to digital assets, including management liability, theft of funds, technical failures, slashing, and smart contract errors.
CRYMBO, a B2B financial infrastructure platform that helps banks, payment providers, exchanges, and other institutions launch digital asset services under their own brands, has received strategic investments from Orbs. The platform connects over 75 providers in asset custody, liquidity, banking payments, identification, and monitoring through a single API, and coordinates settlements and operational processes. The funds will support the next stage of infrastructure development amid the transition of traditional financial institutions to on-chain services; currently, CRYMBO is already working with licensed institutions and reports over $2 billion in processed transaction volume.
Scallop, a financial platform for private users and businesses that integrates fiat currencies, stablecoins, and other digital assets into one application, announced strategic investments from XDC Ventures, the venture arm of XDC Network. The platform offers multi-currency accounts, currency exchange, international transfers, virtual cards, and QR payments, while integration with XDC Network allows the use of XDC and USDC for card top-ups, payments in over 70 countries, and settlements through supported local QR networks. The investments are expected to support the expansion of financial services based on XDC, with future collaboration areas including AI agent-enabled payments, ISO 20022 compatible messaging, and white-label financial products.
PropHub, a provider of trading software for prop trading firms, brokers, and Web3 platforms, announced a strategic venture round led by Merchant Seven with participation from a group of private investors. Its modular system integrates tools for trader registration, CRM, assessment, risk control, payment automation, and reporting, and allows for the creation of branded trading platforms and connection to external services via API. The raised capital will be directed towards expanding the product range, developing the commercial direction, and accelerating the platform's international rollout.
StableStock, an investment platform that allows buying and selling stocks and ETFs in the US, Hong Kong, and South Korea markets using stablecoins USDT and USDC, has closed a strategic round with participation from Amber Group, Nomad Capital, Flow Traders, and Gate Ventures. Following the funding, the company's valuation reached $75 million. Previously, it also received investments from YZi Labs, MPCi, and Vertex Ventures. The funds will support the development of the platform, which already offers over 3,000 stocks and ETFs, serves tens of thousands of users in emerging markets, and expands access to traditional financial instruments through stablecoins.
Token Sales
The token sale sector continues to experience stagnation in activity. Last week, no project demonstrated a closure of fundraising, but several teams announced their own campaigns. The results of their fundraising efforts will be known next week.

Corporate Placements and Deals
This week, there was one financial operation in the corporate sector involving Revolut, which completed a secondary sale of shares, resulting in a company valuation of $115 billion. The deal was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates, and Baillie Gifford. The operation allowed existing shareholders, including employees, to monetize their stakes, while the company itself did not receive new funding.
The funding occurs against the backdrop of Revolut's international expansion: in 2026, the company launched banking services in the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, obtained banking licenses in France, Colombia, and Argentina, and received conditional approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national bank in the US.
