Wall Street Adjusts Ratings, Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple, SpaceX and Others Receive Positive Outlook
On September 1, several institutions on Wall Street released their latest ratings, with Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple, SpaceX, Cisco, Airbnb, and Uber receiving positive evaluations. Baird reiterated its "Outperform" rating for Nvidia, citing its leading market share and continuous growth in its inference business, making it a top choice among large-cap stocks. Bank of America reaffirmed its "Buy" rating for Microsoft, raising the target price from $500 to $600, stating that the accelerated growth of Azure validates its AI strategy. JPMorgan maintained its "Overweight" rating for Apple, believing that despite a projected decline in global smartphone shipments in 2026, Apple will still benefit from an increase in high-end device market share. Bernstein reiterated its "Outperform" rating for SpaceX, noting that new launch facilities will provide crucial infrastructure for future Starship launches and orbital data center construction. Deutsche Bank initiated coverage on Cisco with a "Buy" rating; Rosenblatt initiated coverage on Uber and Airbnb with "Buy" ratings, setting target prices at $100 and $220, respectively; KeyBanc initiated coverage on eToro with an "Overweight" rating; Piper Sandler raised Tempus AI's rating to "Overweight," increasing the target price from $56 to $76; Evercore ISI upgraded Duolingo's rating to "Outperform." UBS downgraded Interactive Brokers from "Buy" to "Neutral," while Bank of America raised Timken's rating to "Buy," and Citigroup initiated a positive catalyst watch on Howmet Aerospace. BMO upgraded Park Hotels & Resorts to "Outperform."
